PRODUCTION TIME

Production times will be adhered to as best as possible. With the world starting to open back up, suppliers (especially some of mine lol) are still experiencing stock supply issues or delays in their deliveries. So with keeping this in mind, we recommend orders be placed ASAP so that your materials/supplies can be ordered as quickly as possible!

This year we are accepting only one large team per week, we are anticipating as more teams gather and become officially back again, there will be another rush of orders closer to end of August for that 'ever popular' first week of September need in hand week! Football typically starts around the same time, so Rec Teams, High School and Middle Schools all request their bows for the same week 🙂

Individual bow orders or orders of less than 15 bows will have an estimated production time of 5-10 business days. Business days do not include dates when shop is closed for observed holidays. See Welcome to GCB page for holiday calender.

All team orders of 15 or more bows will be scheduled a production week - if you place your order online without contacting us first, we will contact you and discuss which production week will work best for your deadline 🙂

Production time varies depending on our ever changing cheer seasons! As well as the detail, amount of bows ordered 🙂

In order to produce your order with quality and detail in mind, we ask that you get your team orders into our production queue as soon as you have a roster available.

After May 1st thru June 30th - 4-5 weeks production time (not including shipping time)

After July 1st thru August 31st - 5-6 weeks production time (not including shipping time)

After September 1st thru November 15th - 6-8 weeks production time (not including shipping time)

November 16 thru April 30 - approx. 2-4 weeks for production time (not including shipping time)
